What is blue screen

Blue screen is an error which shows a sudden blue screen on Windows based computer.
What caused it?
1. An incompatible software instalation, which takes too much memory to run
2. Software which has incompatible drivers
3. Damaged RAM ( Random Access Memory )
4. Windows corruption
5. Virus

Solution :

Try one of these:

- Remove the hard disk, back up data abd reformat the windows
-if you manage to switch on the computer, scan with antivirus and check wether you have installed a software lately then uninstall it
-Replace the RAM with other RAM to check wether it is damaged
-Run in safe mode (press F8 repeatedly when computer is turning on) and start restoring windows to an earlier point.

Number insted of letter

Do you have this experience when pressing the keyboard key, instead of displaying letter, it display number on the screen.
Solution :
Press Fn key and numlock together, that will return the key to default.

1. Install HotspotShield ( just in case Voip is not allowed in your country) and when it finished, klik right and choose On
