iPhone 3gs Stuck in DFU Mode solution.

Here is the solution to wake your iPhone from DFU mode.

So what you need is:

iOS 4.0 GM official.

iTunes 9

 

Steps :

1.  Download iOS 4.0 GM official from HERE


2. Download iTune 9.2 from HERE and install it

3. Open the iTunes and plug your iPhone, when you see recovery page,

• For windows press Shift + Restore and choose the   iOS 4.0 GM

•  For Mac Press ALT + CTRL + Restore and choose the   iOS 4.0 GM

While restoring a firmware in iTunes there are different stages the restoring goes through.
The following are the stages:

1. Software extraction.
2. Verifyng restore with apple.
3. preparing iphone for restore.
4. Restoring iphone software.
5. Verifying software restore.
6. restoring iphone firmware.

all these stages are something you can see while the restoring is happening. You have to patiently wait for the restore process to reach "restoring iphone firmware" the moment it appears on the screens just unplug your cable

Then turn off and turn on your iphone, you will be in recovery mode then you can restore in itunes...
