Prerequisites:
- iPhone with OS 3.0/3.0.1/3.1/3.1.2/3.1.3 installed
- Jailbroken iPhone (Links to iPhone Jailbreak Guides can be found at the bottom of this post)
- iTunes 9
- .Net Framework 2.0 or above
- Your iPhone MUST be connected to iTunes atleast once

Step 1
Download this great patch:
App_Patch_For_OS3.0_3.0.1_3.1_3.1.2_3.1.3_by_Rizwan.zip (1.9 MB)
Mirror 2 (MU)
and extract it.
Step 2
Connect your iPhone to your PC.
Step 3
- For OS 3.0 or 3.0.1: run the “Patch_App.bat” file
- For OS 3.1 or 3.1.2 or 3.1.3: run the “Patch_App31.bat” file
and then reboot your iPhone manually.
Your phone will restart one more time automatically. (it will restart when still on apple logo)
I you have iphuc.exe error, i have the solution.
Some websites will suggest you " Simply install AFC2add from Cydia before executing the bat file. Open the Cydia and search for AFC2add and install it first", but how will you install it if you don't have wifi?
iphuc.exe error is caused by JAILBREAKING METHOD. so if you have 3.1.2 OS installed, do not jailbreak with Blackra1n, because it will make your iPhone only half Jailbroken ( which cause the iphuc.exe error).
Use Redsn0w 0.92 to jailbreak, then you apply the Patch_App31.bat...
