Cannot install applications through iTunes

Cannot install applications through iTunes normally happens to iPhone 3Gs, when you try to install,it will say Back up iPhone, then nothing is installed...

Solution :

Remove all applications on iPhone manually by pressing the icon untill it wiggles then tap X on the left top corner and delete... Make sure you delete all, then restart the iPhone, then try to sync again.. It will work.
