Computer slow start up

If you want a quick start up? Disable all automatic start applications....
Solution :
On windows XP - click start -Run then type msconfig and press enter
On windows Vista - Click start-on searchbar type msconfig
Then a setting box will appear, choose startup-disable all except antivirus-click ok then restart.
The computer now will start faster....
